Sanará was always more than its schedule. It gathered teachers, therapists, musicians and thinkers who shaped the place as much as the building did. Many of them are coming back, and the programme moves with who is in residence.
When Daniella or a guest teacher is in residence. The shala opens with the sun.
Yoga and movement in the shala, overlooking the water. Come as you are.
A practitioner, a sound healer, vocal activation, or a teacher to yourself. Arranged through the Sanará Concierge.
Dance, strength and conditioning, in the shala or the beach gym.
Alone or as a couple: learn to release tension and find relief from stiffness and chronic pain. Gentler and more accessible than a yin class.
On nourishment, breath and rest, and on the quieter practice of noticing: connecting with what is around us, dropping in, centring, and learning to listen to ourselves more clearly. And on the ways we care for ourselves so that we can care for our world.
Sound healing, meditation, vocal activation, somatic movement, dance. In the shala as the light goes.
When friends of the house are in Tulum.
On the beach, with music.
An afternoon and evening together with live music, closing with a family-style dinner.
The Indian dinner. The Maya dinner with music and local artists.
A week or more at a time.
A temazcal in the jungle, breathwork and cold immersion.
Sanará opens with a reunion. Teachers, therapists and friends of the house return for the first week, with a full programme, two family-style dinners, a community barbecue on the beach with music, and the Sunday Gathering. It is the week to be there.

Nothing is prescribed. Guests move between the practice, the table, the sea and conversation, and the day holds them either way.
